We are Woodford Properties and we launched this company after years of experience in property management. We learned that there was a segment of the market that desires the next level of owner care and customer experience, what we call The Woodford Luxury Experience. Our team manages properties in North and South Carolina, and East Tennessee (Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge). We specialize in Short Term Rentals. We focus on giving our guests a white glove experience with high touch interactions with our team. Life happens and can be unpredictable so it is all about how you communicate with your owners and with your guests, and then how quickly you respond to any unexpected event. David and Lacey Boatman, founders and owners of Woodford Properties. David was born in Knoxville Tennessee and grew up vacationing in the Smoky Mountains. We have four children with two granddaughters. We enjoy boating, and vacationing at the beach or in the mountains, and enjoying time with our family.
