Woodford Properties was born out of years of experience in property management by my wife and me. We learned that there was a segment of the market that desires the next level of owner care and customer experience. Our team manages properties in the Charlotte North Carolina area and Smoky Mountains (Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge). We focus on properties ranging from (STR) Short Term Rentals to Multi-Family properties. We focus on giving our guests a white glove experience with high touch interactions with our team. We discovered that life happens and can be unpredictable and it is all about how you communicate with your owners and with your guests, and then how quickly you respond to any unexpected event that happens. We work closely with the owners we represent to make sure they maximize their investment and the return on that investment. David and Lacey Boatman, founders and owners of Woodford Properties. David was born in Knoxville Tennessee and grew up vacationing in the Smoky Mountains. I am married to a virtuous woman, and we have four children with two granddaughters. We enjoy boating, and vacationing at the beach or in the mountains, and enjoying time with our family.
